This is the Book of Judges and Ruth in Modern Greek. The period of the Judges in Israel takes place when God appoints those from among the Tribes of Israel as leaders over Israel. This is before the time of the KIngs.(About Ruth and Naomi, the son of Naomi was the grandfather of King David). This is part of the Old Testament. This is the Edition of 1872. This text follows the standard Received Text of the Historic Church. [Obviously, this follows the Hebrew Text and comes from the Second Rabbinic Bible of Ben Chayyim of 1525, which is the standard received text of the Old Testament, and which is also the authentic text used by Jewish scholars]. This translation was made directly from the authentic Hebrew Text.
